Dinner Rolls

Pulled apart dinner rolls how it's made:http://img136.imageshack.us/slideshow/player.php?id=img136/6825/1195496279aof.smil 1 (1/4 oz) gói dry active yeast 1 c nước ấm (warm water about 110*F) 1/2 c sugar 1 trứng đánh tan 2 tsp muối 1 c sữa tươi cho vào microwave for 30 seconds 4 oz bơ cho vào microwave cho chãy ra - thêm 1 lát bơ chảy để thoa lên bánh mì khi nướng Pam để spray Jelly rolled pan + 1 tsp corn meal 5 c bột all purpose (thêm tí để thoa tay và để rãi bàn cán bánh) --In a standing mixing bowl with dough hook, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let sit until lightly foamy, then stir in sugar and add egg, salt, warm milk, and melted butter. --Slowly add 5 c. flour, adding more as needed to make an elastic dough. Mix well, then roll out to floured surface and knead dough for about 5 min. --Place dough in buttered bowl, cover with towel, and set in a warm place (or in an unheated oven with light on) to rise until double in bulk, about 1 hour. --Lightly oil the Jelly pan, dust pan with corn meal. Punch down dough and form dough into 1-inch balls. Place balls 1/2 inc apart to eachother. Fill pan, cover with towel. --Turn oven on at 200*F then turn off - Place baking sheet in middle rack and allow dough balls to rise for 1/2 hour. Take the baking sheet out. --Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Brush with remaining melted butter. Bake for 10-15 min., until golden brown. --Serve with butter.
