TANGZHONG starter
1/4 cup milk/sữa tươi
1/4 cup water/nước
1/4 cup bread flour/bột bánh mì
Cook until thick - then cool completely then add to bread dough.
Nấu đặc tới kéo sợi - để nguội hoàn toàn mới cho vô bột làm bánh mì.
Chúc mọi gia đình được no ấm!
