Krumkaker

Recipe came along with the cast iron.

1 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vani extract or cardemon
1+1/2 c. all purpose flour

-Cream butter then add sugar
-Add egg one at the time then vani ext.
-Add flour - Mix well
-Drop 1 tsp on heated Krumkaker Iron - Bake on both sides, golden brown
-Roll cake on cone-shaped pin while hot.
