Korean Seafood Scallion Pancake (Pa Jun)


 












2 cup Korean Pancake dry mix
1.5 cup water
4 scallions, halved and cut into 2-3 inch
1 tsp salt
seafood (shrimps-squid-crab) - stir fried them first before making pancake
zucchini, sweet onion cut thin strips

sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 tsp Korean dried chili pepper flakes
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp sesame oil

Mix all ingredient together (batter should like pancake batter)
Heat pan over medium heat with thin layer oil
Pour batter in thin layer - sprinkle cooked seafood on batter - cover pan with lid
Cook for 6-8 mins until bottom fried golden brown and crispy
Flip pancake over and cook for 5 min. more until done.
