Lady Finger Cookies

recipe source: LADY FINGER COOKIES
5 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. butter (may use part Crisco) 2 c. flour
Mix and roll into small finger shapes. Bake at 375 degrees until light brown. When slightly cooled, roll in mixture of sugar and cinnamon. I made this finger cookies specially for Lemencello Cream Torte so I did not roll cookies into cinnamon sugar mixture.
